Cannes Short Film Corner entry

This is the latest film that the Gleam team has been working on. Film was shot last year in August, post production was done in about a month solid work and sent all over the globe for various film festivals.

We will hear later in the year from some festivals.

We are proud to say that the film “Mystify” was selected in the 2013 Cannes Short Film Corner 2013″ as we’ll as Graham’s Town Film Festival as well as being broadcasted all over Australia and New Zealand. mystify was also shown at the West Side Shorts in Australia as well as the Cape Town Short and Sweet evening earlier this year.

The film was made for the feature film being in script stages so keep and eye on the various medias as to when we will get started. I am proud to announce the cast as Simone de Kock (top 5 finalist of the 2012 miss SA contest) , Justin Munitz being a top actor and photographer all over SA as well as David Muller as Oom Schalk also being across the region all the way to Botswana. A well deserve show not be missed.

Helmut Scaherz being a top cinematographer for The Blue Print travel show which will be aired on FOX TV later in the middle of 2013 on DSTV. the rest of the crew, magnificent and again thanks to each and everyone for being apart of this film of mine.

I am being under way with the next film so please keep watching and accept the Facebook media invites as much you can to keep up to date please.

Premiere Evening Poster was posted all over Muizenberg area. This was also sent out to various agencies to create awareness so people will book for the event. This was also posted onto various social media sites as well as local newspapers.

Oom Schalk is performed by David Muller and he is performing Herman Charles Bosman stories. David was also the main actor in the short film “Mystify”. He has been travelling around the nation and the country performing Oom Schalk.
